Guests must carry a valid ID proof at the time of check-in

Full payment must be completed before check-out.

A grace period of 15-20 minutes after check-out time may be considered for families with children or in unavoidable situations, subject to hotel approval.

Extra charges may apply for late check-out beyond the grace period.
